Well since I last posted allot has happened, so let me give everyone a quick run down.
May 12th Mom and I drove down to Dallas and stayed at Laura's house. I was taking my bridal pictures the next day so Laura and I went to Albertson's found some flowers and I put together a bouquet. Which is what you see above and I think turned out very well.
May 13th I had to get up at 5:30 am because I had to be at the photographer's studio by 7:30 so I could be made beautiful by my 10:00am photo shoot. Anne Geren, she is doing my hair and make-up, was going to meet me at the photographers studio to get me ready. Mom, Carmen, and I sleepily got into the car and started on our way. I am proud to say that in our exhausted state we still managed to get there on time with only going the wrong way once :O) Anyway I got all beautiful and dressed up. Everyone said that I looked like a porcelain doll, which I guess is a good thing. Anyway we spent three hours at the Arboretum taking pictures and me giving mom and Carmen a heart attack about me messing up my dress. Anyway we got the photo session done and back home we went. When I got home we went to the store to buy things needed for my bridal shower the next day.
May 14th we spent the day playing with the boys and getting the house ready for the shower. The shower itself was wonderful and it was great seeing everyone again. It made me miss Kane allot, but other then that I got some nice stuff and I loved seeing everyone. After the shower I went out later that night to see my friend Carmen and hang out.
May 15th I got into bed about 1:00am and then went to church with Laura and the boys. After that we all went shopping, per tradition, and I found some cool things. Including a thermal spa which is a mat that has a pump attached to it and can make your bath tub into a Jacuzzi tub :O) after that I spent time hanging with the boys.
May 16th Mom and I watched the boys and went shopping for a few things. I took the boys with us to my new apartment in McKinney and took pictures so Kane could see what it was going to look like. Kyle had fun getting into everything and nothing got broken so we did great. Then when we got back we helped Laura do some grading stuff and just hang out around the house.
May 17th Mom and I got up and played with the boys. We went to the photographers at 10:00am to pick up my bridal pictures. They turned out GREAT!! I am very excited about them. Then we drove back to the house and packed up the car. We drove to lovely Durant to sit in the court house for 2 hours with men in orange jump suits in chains. I entered my plea of not guilty in 30 seconds and away we went home. I have since downloaded pictures, unpacked the car, watered my plants, worked on my fish tank and poludarium, feed animals and gotten ready for work tomorrow.
Some time in there I was looking up insurance information, cable information, endless wedding details, and all that fun stuff. Well there were my last few days in a short version. I know more happened but I thought condensed was better.
My wedding is in 40 days ~~ that is just crazy.
Always glad to read your emails! Bouquet of flowers is so pretty! Can't wait to see your portrait pictures! Are they going to be on a website we can access? If so, let me know. It was good to see you, your mom and everyone else at the shower. Glad you had a good time. We surely did, and the flowerpot/seed packge was such a cute favor!
I told your mom, but I don't remember if I told you, that our annual Airstream trip leaves Hillsboro on June 25, and we will actually be in Tulsa the night of the 25th, then on to Springfield, MO, on the 26th. I'm so disappointed that I won't get to attend the wedding!!! I'm glad that I got to see your wedding gown. It's beautiful!
yeppie, what a fun week. Glad the pictures turned out great, I'll have to check them out!
Posted by: Jonathan at May 18, 2005 02:53 PMHi Honey! You're back from your honeymoon now, I'll bet!! How funny to put my name into a search engine, just for fun, and have one of 'my brides' pop up!!! It also reminded me that I am supposed to email you my mailing address. So-I'll just do that here!

That will be good through August 11th. I'm leaving for Phoenix on the 12th, but will of course have a forwarding address at the post office.
I HOPE THAT YOUR DAY WAS WONDERFUL!!!! I HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH YOU GUYS! THANK YOU, AGAIN, FOR LETTING ME HELP YOU!
Let Carmine know for sure that I passed her name on to my hairdresser friend for hair shows; he's actually going to give it to the shop owner, so I'm sure she'll get a call.
You take care, and enjoy married life!
Fondly,
Anne
