My Car Bites the Dust

Well for many months many people have told me that I needed to get a new car ~~ that my old one was falling apart. Now I love my little Geo even with it being . . . well a little run down. Apparently having the window held up by duct tape, the air conditioner running by a pop top, door that open sometimes and sometimes not, and a little paint chipping make the car unsafe :O) Anyway on Thursday morning as a drove into work, SuDDENLY no matter how much I pressed on the gas the car would not speed up. In fact it decided to decelerate as a big track tried to run up my tail pipe. Lucky I was able to get the car to the left side of 75 and then the car STOPPED!! What fun at 6:30 am :O) So people were called and I was picked up. I had to have the car towed. It was not my favorite morning. So now I am driving my Grandfather's Buick until I can find a car.

So here are my top four picks for a new car ~~ Now I am not sure how car savvy everyone is so see if you can guess which car is which!! Also I would love for people to give me their opinions which car they like best.

The four cars are the Honda Hit, Ford Focus, Hyundai Accent, and the Toyota Matrix (Not in the correct order) So which one is which??

Well if you like to avoid a repeat of your Geo and also keep it for a really long time... do what Jon did, buy a Japanese!!!

I would suggest the #3 Honda Fit (not HIT) or the Matrix which I believe is #4. I know... I am gooooood. :)

First your Geo did you really good, cause not too many cars make it past 200,000 miles. But anyway.

I think the Accent or the Matrix or the cutest.

But I'm not unbaised having received lots of other info from you.

We've had several Hondas now and think they're well made and keep their value. Our last decision to buy a car was, "Which Honda do we want?" Chose the Accord because of it's incredible gas mileage for the size/type of car it is. We've had two Honda Civics now, and they both were really good cars. For us, the CRV, which we still have, has been the most practical of all - carrying loads with the seats folded down in the back, or with the seats up, passengers can sit. It was really handy moving Jennifer various places (like back and forth to college).

go with # 4

i suggest the ford focus, this car is amazing, not only is it crush-proof, but it also offers steering, both left and right, and a reverse gear for evading the police, cup holders, and rubber rain swiping implements, also includes seats, make sure you get the large buzzy muffler

I vote for #4, it's just a cuter car and that is really all that matters.

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED A BLUE ONE?

Potter, I vote for the Honda. I have a Honda and I love it. Plus, the Fit is the cutest little car! Thank God, that stupid Geo finally died! By the way, whichever car you choose, DO NOT cover it in stickers! I agree with Jay. Go Japanese!!

I like the Honda.... but the Toyota would be cute too.... Just DON'T get the ford!!!!!!!!!!!

I think #4 looks best. But it seems a lot bigger than your geo... will you be okay with that much power and/or being able to accelerate and run the a/c at the same time. amazing technology!
Hope you enjoy having a new car!
