I finally got the call on Saturday morning that the judge found me innocent of perjury :O) YEAH!!! I am not going to jail :O)

The judge basically said that the whole case was ridiculous and that it was a revenge move from the prosecutor because I complained about the officer. It has been 2 years this May when this all happened and I can not believe it has gone on this long. I am just glad that it is all over :O) I can not believe how some people choose to bend the justice system to their own will, it is a sad state of affairs.

After finding out the news I went over to Laura's to do my taxes :O) I finally got it all done and then played with the boys :O)

As I did taxes Kane worked on a huge train track. Then I played with the boys. We ran around, hide under the bed, and played board games. I when I say play I mean that we moved the pieces around the board as Kyle saw fit. Some how he always won!! It was allot of fun!!

Finally as my last birthday gift Kane took me to the Melting Pot. It is a wonderful fondue restaurant that is just wonderful. When we got there; there were roses at the table (Kane had them get them for me :O) ) We ate for three hours just enjoying the time with each other. It is a GREAT place to just go and spend time with you honey :O) Kane got a bottle of wine and then we got our picture taken. Over all it was a wonderful day!! There is allot to be happy about and celebrate.

My 27th Birthday

Well my birthday finally came. I was off work all day, but Kane had to work. I spent the day with my friend Carmen working on my friends baby shower. She gave me these beautiful candle holders that go into pots :O) Her roommate Kyle bought me lunch and gave me some gum :O) When I got home Kane was still at work. Laura and Kyle stopped by to give me a present and a long conversation. Laura gave me a beautiful frame and I got cards from everyone in the Mullen family. :O) Kyle had fun telling about everything that was going on. I also got phone calls from Jonathan (who called me an old lady), Jennifer (she remembered), Mom (because she loves me), Kimmy (my roommate from college), Peaches (my roommate living in Japan, Carlen (the pregnant one), and Kane's mother. Kane finally got home around 8:30 pm.

He brought me a cheese cake sampler for my birthday cake, a gardenia, some bulbs, calla Lily, and three movies. It was nice to have a little bit of time to celebrate. He also brought home Boston Market and some groceries so we would not have to cook for a few bays :O) Overall it was pretty nice. I can not believe that I am 27 years old :O)

Well still here in Texas and no Police have come to pick me up so I guess that means that the judge has still not made up his mind . . . . to be continued until next week and BEYOND!!

This Valentines Day both Kane and I worked :O)

But we still celebrated ~~ nothing like a good kiss :O)

Anyway I did not get home until 8:15 and Kane not till 8:45. So mostly Kane and I just tried to relax. Nothing too exciting to report ~~ this past weekend I hung out with my old highschool friend Tania and her husband Nick, as well as their friends Clay and Sheila. We shoped at Half Price Books (the HUGE one in Dallas) and then went out for Sushi :O) It was fun!! Other then that just planning a baby shower (No not for me), helping a friend plan a wedding, and then of course there is the family reunion coming up. I also think there is an important birthday :O) I am heading up to Tulsa this weekend to help Chrissy with her wedding and Kane is going to show mom some stuff with her yard. Anyway that is the long and short of it :O)
