1st Wedding Anniversary

Well Kane and I made it to our 1st wedding anniversary :O) Unfortunately both of us had to work so we were a bit tired. We came home from work on the 26th and ate leftovers. Then we cuddled on the air mattress and watch "Triston and Isole". Not too bad though!!

But wait you may ask . . . . . what about the cake. Saturday When I got back from work we opened the thawed cake and opened the year old bottle of champagne we were given and exchanged gifts :O)

A toast to ONE year of marriage "to Happiness, love, and praise to God that Kane and I did not kill each other" :O)

The difference between the wedding and your 1st anniversary. Wedding dressed up with large cake vs. in PJ's with small a little bit soggy cake :O)

The cake ended up tasting pretty good ~~ I even got Kane to eat some (and those of you who know Kane know what a feat that is :O)

A picture in memory of the wedding ~~ Wow we made it a year ~~ now we just have to plan and get time to take our honeymoon AGAIN :O)

Busy busy busy

Well no rest for the weary ~~ just how I am feeling right now ~~ I am working wayyyy too much. That is just how it goes though ~~ Hope everyone else is doing well.

Schlarship Camp 2006

Once again the time has come ~~ yes it is Scholarship time !! Playing games in the HOT sun at a mere 100 plus degrees ~~ yes Jonathan, Mom, and I headed off for another week :O)

Here is the JV rec staff crew ~~Just hanging out in the truck after one of the activity times :O) As you can see we were hot and sweaty!!
