Thanksgiving

Well Thanksgiving was fun. Kane and I went down on Monday night to Tulsa. It was allot of fun ~~ Mom and I went shopping. Kane stayed at home and worked on his planes. Jen and I got our haircut on Wednesday. The lady was very concerned that I would cry. But I did not cry and I look quite cute if I do say so myself.

Here is a picture on Thanksgiving morning of mom and Jen, I thought it was most cute :O) Jen, Rene', myself, mom, and Jon cooked with the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade on in the background. After a little search I was able to decorate as well.

Here are Jen, Rene', and Jonathan trying to recuperate after packing Jonathan's "room". It was interesting, but we found my old Super Nintendo ~~ which was allot of fun to play again. I rock at Mario Cart :O) Jonathan was okay, but no one beats me :O)

Here is Kane working on his helicopters ~~ that is how we saw him most of Thanksgiving, but he did fly for everyone. Of course we brought are little helicopters and Jonathan, Jen, and Rene' took turns crashing mine. But hey no big deal they are quite sturdy.

Here are Jennifer and myself looking quite cute in our new hairdos. Overall I had allot of fun, but it was wayyy too short.

Hair

I got my hair cut over Thanksgiving. So did Jen but I wanted to get this up quick ~~ I have to run to work :O( Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

Well first off I just have to say that the sunset tonight was wonderful. Full of color and another way of God saying look at what I have created :O)

Let me see if I can do quick catch-up on what has been going on here.

Kane went to the Pain Management doctor to see if we could help his wrist. So now he gets a shot in the neck for the next . . . hmmmm . . . well they are not sure to see if we can break the pain cycle. Basically Kane's brain still thinks his wrist has massive trauma therefore it keeps sending signals to cut the blood flow to the area and the nerves to that area are on constant fire mode. Therefore the pain is bad and will get worse if this little cycle can not be broken. So that is going to be allot of fun.

Other then that it got cool enough so I could burn wood in the fireplace :O) That has been allot of fun ~~

Punch is the only cat that will lay close to it, but they all like to get within the warmth circle.

Well apparently the wisdom teeth that were supposed to have enough room to come in . . . well they don’t ~~ that means I get to get them cut out :O) So that will be allot of fun, not to mention the infection that is building up behind one. So I am very much looking forward to that.

Other then that lots of work to do :O) Just making it through another day :O)

Bubbas

For Jonathan : This is Bubba Boat Bar and since Kane's family all call him Bubba I thought this most appropriate. Doesn't my little viking look cute??

Trip to Tulsa

This last weekend we went up to Tulsa to see Dad and the boys, also my friend Chrissy who has not been able to come down and visit. In the morning Chrissy, Mom, and I went shopping at the mall. We all found something for everyone, but Mom (of course). Then Chrissy and I went to the Riverwalk.

It is a very cool area in Tulsa ~~ though with the rain situation the river part of the river walk was not there. But it still looked pretty cool. They had a live band and outdoor fireplaces to sit next to (which was good because it was COLD!!)

After eating dinner Jonathan, Kane, Chrissy, and I went to Funhouse (which is an arcade) and played games. Here is Jonathan using the art of ninja to win the crocodile game. He got the high score and got some teenage boys to spend allot of tokens to try to beat him :O) Kane got won me two stuffed animals out of the grab machine and my friend Chrissy two as well. I beat Jonathan at air hockey (YEAH!! ) and Chrissy beat me at the mad dog game :O)

The evening ended with us waiting at Bubba's bar until our movie started. We went to see the Prestige. It was interesting ~~ not quite what I expected, but I enjoyed it anyway. Overall it was a fun day though by 2am when I got home I was really tired. We did have allot of fun.
