Well allot has been happening and I have been behind in my posting ~~ so let me fill you in on the highlights :O)

#1 - Most important ~ the NEW house

Though I am sure most people will not notice ~~ they put on the roof and some new windows in the front :O) Also they have finished the duct work on the inside of the house ~~ so on we go. I am just so excited to see the house shape up so well. YEAH!!

#2- Medieval Times :O)

Kane and I went to medieval times on Monday to help celebrate our friend Jody's 25 birthday!! It was allot of fun though both Kane and I got there straight from work!! Nothing like eating with your fingers and watching men "kill" each other on horse back :O) It was allot of fun and great to see Jody again. All in all a fun evening. I got a glass to remember it by. I also got some cool pictures of the show, but that will have to wait for another time.

#3 ~ Swimming with the boys

Laura and John brought the boys over on Thursday to go swimming!! We had allot of fun pushing Emmie into the pool. As well as a splash contest ~~ judged and arranged by Kyle. Though no matter how hard John and I tried we still could not beat Kyle.

I thought this picture was just too perfect not to post :O) What else it there to say about that??

#4 ~ Girls Day Out

Mom, Laura, Alyssa, and I all went to get our hair done. Well Alyssa was mostly there for emotional support and attention stealing, but hey what can you do when your hair has not quite come in yet?? I did not make it into the before picture, but as you can see they were good looking before . . . . .

BUT stunning and amazing after :O) Mom and Laura got color and I got my eye brows done along with everyone getting their hair cut. Laura cut off enough to donate to lock-of-love!! It was just nice to all get hang out and spend time together. After hair we went to a small cafe in historic downtown McKinney and ate. All in all a pretty good day.

The House continues . . . .

Well they are putting up our house in record time :)

The front elevation is going to look so great once is it done ~~ but I am just so excitied ~~ I can not wait to have a house!!

My House and the party

MY HOUSE IS FINALLY STARTING TO GO UP!! I am so excited ~~ the rain finally stopped and they poured my foundation and started framing the house. After months and months of waiting things seem to be moving very fast :O) I can not wait to get out of this apartment :O)

My friend Carlen's Husband turned 30 this past Saturday ~~ He had a White trash bash :O) Complete with pork rinds and watermelon!! It was fun and we all dressed up!!

As you can see Kane thought so too ~~ we sang karaoke and just had allot of fun!! YEAH!!

Catching up

Okay I am a little behind in my posting so here we go :O)

I finally got to spend some time with the boys ~~ here is CJ looking VERY cool ~~ I thought it was a wonderful look :O)

Mom has been getting hand prints of everyone to put in her garden ~~ so . . . . .

Alyssa was not really willing to stretch out her hand so she gave perfect foot prints and some fists!!

Of course here is Kyle helping me decorate my hand print :O) Nothing is more fun them pushing beads into concrete!!

The boys wanted to go to my theatre ~~ so we went to the projection TV room of my apartment and watched the Geo trains movie ~~ in fact to get the full effect we had to watch it twice :O) Of course we had to make sure the trains did not hit us so we had to run from one side of the theatre to the other to get away!! I think the picture turned out pretty well ~~ It was fun to get to spend time with the boys again !!

4th of July

Well unfortunately we did not really get to see fireworks for the 4th of July ~~ It was rained out here in McKinney :O( But it has been rescheduled to August ~~ So I guess we are moving the 4th of July till August here in Texas :O)

I had to work on the holiday which is great for the pay check, but not so great for spending time with family. I did go to Mom's house and just spend some time with Dad, Jon, Grandpa, and Mom which was nice (oh Kane was there too!!)

When I got home (which I almost didn’t because someone was shooting off a few firework and I was trying to watch them and drive) I was very upset at my inability to post a good 4th of July pictures. So I decided to try and get some.

This is USA monkey and I felt that the red, white, and blue went well with the black and white. Plus I got great fireworks from the cats trying to catch them to get them to pose with the monkey ~~ So as you can see this is how it turned out :O) Max put up with the abuse with mostly a few meows, but he finally gave in :O)

Punch would not let me get the monkey too close!!

You can tell by princesses look what she thought ~~

Oh well hope everyone is having a good summer!!
