Here is a pic of Jena nd rene' that i thought was pretty cute :O) Of course in the background is the 6th floor where Oswald shot the president !! We were taking around Jen ~~ Rene' friend from California :O) Aren't they cute??

I thought this was a wonderful picture of Kane with Conner Knight ~~ my friend new baby ~~ He is now 4 weeks old. Very cute kido :O)

Quick Update

Okay things have been crazy lately so here is a quick update . . . .

Our house now has interior walls . . . . amazing!! It looks so different, but it is closer to being a real house.

the Plano balloon festival was this weekend. I got a few pics and thought they were pretty cool. I remember the balloon festival from when I was a kid, but I do not remember it being that big. Traffic was horrible in the area and they closed off part of the street.

Jen and Rene' had a friend in from California and they went to the aquarium. I thought this was the cutest picture of the sloth!!

Jon is 25

Well September 12th Jonathan officially turned 25 years old. Though he will always be the baby of the family :O) It is scary to think about him being that old. Then that starts you thinking about how old you are and we can not have that. So for his birthday we went to El Phoenix (though it took Jonathan most of the day to figure this part out). . .

Jon was lucky enough to be serenaded at the restaurant. The boys had fun climbing all over the large booth and Jon got to eat for Tres Leches cake (horribly misspelled I know). Jennifer made it in from Lubbock just to be there. All in all not too shabby (I mean I was there).

Then, as is tradition, we went back to Mom’s house and opened presents and ate cake. He got some great presents, from me in the midst of many boxes two movies and candy, and an Oreo cake (which was very good ~~ go whipped cream frosting). Mostly we just got to hang out together and chill out.

Then Jen, Jon, Kane, and I went to play pool. Jennifer and I, of course, crushed the boys at pool. We did allow the boys to win the first game seeing as it was for Jonathan's birthday. But in the end we reined victorious!! Go girls, we RULE!! It has been fun just hanging out with the family again.

Well for those of you who wonder what the people are like that I work with ~~ here are two of them Steve and Carol. Both are RN's and both are . . . well . . . very "special" people. They are also avid Potterfam.com fans ~~ yeah we should start a fan club :O) I often wonder who actually looks at this site!! Anyway I work with the beautiful people . . . obviously!!
