This last Saturday, Kane's youngest sister got married in San Antonio.

We had a good time and Kane had a great time catching up with friends.

Mom's yard

Here are some updated pics of Mom's yard . . .

I think it looks amazing and it is so relaxing to just sit in the swing. Kane still has a few details to take card of, but we are almost there!!

Father's Day

For Father's Day this year we went to Ralph and Kacoo's. It is a Cajun restaurant in Allen. I love the atmosphere there are a bunch of fish tanks that Kane helped put in years ago when he work for AE.

Alyssa was very interested in the menu and helped grandma pick her meal. She also loved the fish tanks and wanted to be taken to look at them. She also made friends with the waitress and would stare at her any time she was near the table.

Jen and Rene' came and I thought since we have not seen their pics in a little bit I would put it in. We had fun, ate good food, and just had fun hanging out. Then we went home Dad opened presents!! He got 4 shirts, a DVD, and some stuffed olives. Not too bad for fathers day.

It was Caleb's birthday(Carlen's son)!

He turned 5 and invited the boys to come to the party. Before the official party we went to Chucky Cheese (Kyle was not able to make it due to his belt test). They had fun riding the rides ~~ here is CJ just cruisn in the car.

Caleb and CJ saved the world from aliens, though Aunt Emmie or Mimi (depending on which child you ask) had to jump in and help CJ out.

Then Kyle showed up and started to play with the rest of the kids. There were bubbles which the boys pretended to eat. They played in Caleb and Paul's room and just had allot of fun. All the kids helped open presents and also as you see in the above picture play with them as well.

CJ found the dress up box and had fun being a fireman ~~ I thought he looked very cute. Even Kane was able to stop in at the end of the party and play with some of Caleb’s new toys. The boys had such fun that they did not want to leave! So Kane and I took them out to eat and then to the pet store.

At the pet store Kane amazed the boys with tales of lixards and fish!! Busy yet I had fun!

Running Crazy

Well things have been crazy so here is a quick check up on what has been happening . . .

AKON came into town ~~ for those of you that do not know it is a Anime convention where people come to watch it and dress up like it and be crazy!! My friend has connection to a group that play this Mech warror game in pods ~~ basically like sitting in a flight simulator but you are a robot and shooting other people. Anyway I went to hand with here and I got to be dressed up ~~

But I was nothing compared to what allot of people where wearing. The costum got very ellabrate. Girls where almost nothing as well ~~ it is just pure maddness. I was David Bowie from Labrynth, the ghoast busters, Captain Jack sparrow, Mario, Ronald McDonald, and many others. It was fun to just watch people ~~ it was intresting!

Then it was time for Lily (my friend Carlen's daughter) to turn 2. She got lots of dress up clothes and a tea set. She was the queen of the day.

Though not to be out done Paul tried on the queens crown ~~ it was crazy but fun!!
