Kyle really liked the playground and the picture stops. Here he is "monkeying" around.

On the train that goes around the zoo, CJ stylin' with Grandma's hat.

While Kyle is not extremely thrilled with the family photo session....we still end up with a picture!

CJ looking at the camera --- serious face. :-)

We can hardly believe it has been six years already! It seems like just yesterday we were at the Excalibur, decked out in our wedding finest embarking on this journey. So much has changed and yet so much has stayed the same. Soulmates!
Okay all you fashion hounds....Kyle Mullen has the new look for summer. How to stay cool in more ways than one --- wear one arm out of your clothes!

Two very special boys....already in competition, but we love them both the same!
My little teenager ---- Kyle learned how to open doors. Last night, we were watching a movie and had all the lights off in the downstairs. Kyle was already in bed and CJ was catnapping. All of sudden John sits up straighter and looks at something moving in the kitchen. It was Kyle peeking around the corner with a cute mischievous little grin on his face. He had finaly figured out how to turn the doorknob and had crawled quietly down the stairs and snuck up on us.
We let him join us and he waltzed over to the couch, climbed in Dad's lap and starting eating Dad's popcorn like we had made it just for him. It was a cute moment --- absolutely adorable.
Of course, now he can get into anything he wants which makes things more interesting. We'll have to buy those special doorknob protectors.
Today, when I was putting him down for his nap, he opened the door and tried to come out so I put the safety gate across his door so he couldn't leave his room. He opened his door a second time and saw the gate. I came around the corner and told him in no uncertain terms to go to bed. Kyle slammed the door and ran into the interior of his room. I couldn't help but laugh....my little teenager slamming doors already. :-)
Always something new at the Mullen House!
CJ had his two month check today --- he now weighs in at 16 lbs 10 oz and is 25 inches long with a head circumfrance of 16 inches. I have to put him in 3 to 6 month clothes and he wears size 3 diapers. I guess he is trying very hard to be as big as his brother (who was this size at 3 months).
Kyle has asked two days in a row to use the potty and has peed both times. We made a huge hoopla about it and gave him M and M's.
I'll post pictures as soon as I can...CJ had shots so he is NOT a happy camper today!
CJ was crying and Mom was indisposed. I told Kyle to go help baby brother. When I came out, this was the scene I witnessed. What a great big brother!
Kyle and Christopher move in....all the toys in the game room. Of course we can still pull the pool table out now and then but for the most part, the gameroom is now the KIDS!
To anyone who knows me and how long my hair has been ALL my life....this is a shocking makeover. The stylist cut off 12 inches! My hair is now just below my shoulders and when the ends curl it rests on my shoulders. I didn't intend to have it this short but I think I like it and everyone says it looks good.
Once I have on makeup and some rest ....I think I will look amazing!
Laura --- Kyle, Christopher and I are up in Tulsa visiting while poor Dad is stuck at home by himself working away. We miss him a lot!
Kyle is having fun playing with the fish in the pond and the fish in the aquarium and chasing the cats. He made Great Grandpa come outside with him today to play with the pond (by throwing rocks into it). Grandma managed to get a picture of the two of them.
