Those crazy canadians, and from Vancouver too, this is all your fault Jay!!!!! You might recall the Ninjas I was talking about in my previous post. Well, I went ahead and purchased them, and got to the shipping part, where the cheapest was 2-3 weeks, that's right, WEEKS. I was like, what the heck. The step up was still 6-8 days, and the most expensive was 4-5 buisness days. I saw that they used postal and was like, I do not remember our postal being THAT bad. So finally it went all through, and it was then that I realized the company was out of Vancouver, and therefore, CANADIAN, which also meant, Canadian post. Did not realize your post office sucked that much Jay, shesh, you have the mounties carry mail on horseback or something?
So... be expecting some possible movies in the near future (well, gotta wait half a month to a MONTH before I get them....). I'll grab Joe and we will got some sweet choreographing going for some fight scenes. I hope to have a lot of fun with this.
I saw Ladder 49 last night. Wow, I think there was a leak in the roof, because water kept falling right under my eyes. Yeah, I teared up a few times, definatly not a movie for my sister, Jennifer, to see. I definatly recommend that you watch it, it is worth the money, if you pay that is. I have always respected firemen, I mean, I love to play with fire, but to have to fight fires that you do not have "as" much control of, that is a pretty tough job. Did I say I like to play with fire... I mean... fire is bad, do not mess with fire.
That's all I got for now.
TUMEO.
LMAO... we're retaliating since American companies refuse to do business with us when we wouldn't send troops to Iraq.
I can make a personal delivery for you if you want...
Posted by: Jay at October 16, 2004 01:36 PMby the way, are you sure its from Canada? There is a Vancouver, Washington just south of Vancouver, BC.
Posted by: Jay at October 16, 2004 03:52 PMThe mounties are a proud and loyal order. I won't have you bad-mouthing them. But Canada (and her post) definitely sucks. I can send a book (heavier and probably larger than your little ninja) anywhere in the contiguous USA for $4.30 with delivery confirmation and it'll be there in 2-3 days.
This is national fire prevention month. Keep JP away from the gum-remover.
Posted by: HardwareGuy at October 18, 2004 02:17 AMIt is in Vancouver BC. We need to hurry up and annex those backwards canuks, so they can enjoy our lavish lifestyle and speedy post.
Posted by: HardwareGuy at October 18, 2004 02:18 AMWith Bush as your president and his cowboy foreign policy there's no such thing as "annexation"... and if you do try we will build a wall along the border just like what the Israelies are doing to suffocate the Palestinians.
And we are not backward! According to the UN, we happen to be ranked in top 3 for best place to live in the world... thank you very much :P
I'll admit, our Post does kinda suck!
