Spam --- Yet again

Well, as you know, I upgraded Movabletype awhile ago, just upgraded it from 3.14 to 3.15 to fix a possible loop-hole where people can use it to send e-mails or something, there's a fix for the older version of 2.661 that my friends might look into. It was released awhile ago, but I just finally got around to uploading it.

I've enjoyed the new version, as it makes things easier, but I haven't gotten around to messing with TypeKey, or Tiny Orwell to make it so only registered users can post. Spam, recently, has been coming in a lot again, so I went ahead and uploaded the MT-blacklist for MT version 3.1x. So now a lot of spam should be blocked automatically, a few will be moderated and you should receive an e-mail saying such. It will contain a link where you can have the comment deleted and certain information about that post added to the database so it can be blocked in the future. I put this up because it just required uploading, whereas the typekey thing I still have to figure out, maybe during Spring Break.

Anyways, that aside, not too much has been going on with me. My grades are pretty good this semester. I forsee all B's easily, most likely two A's and maybe another. Of course it is still early to tell for sure, but I feel pretty good.

Now, as far as the rest of my scholastic career. Depending on if Golden Age of Russian Poetry ends up transferring over as a humanities plus international, I will have either 4 or 5 classes left to graduate plus the 2 classes I'll take at TCC during the summer. This would set me as graduating at the end of the coming Fall 2005 semester. Apparently, it would take 2 classes for me to minor in Management, and 3 to minor in Accounting (or any other of a number of business minors). Of course, to get these minors, the classes are all 4000 level courses, so they wouldn't be easy. I'm also thinking of swinging by the arts & sciences and seeing how many I need to minor in Computer Science. I'm not sure if I want to be in school any longer, however, but I think I'll figure out a lot on Thursday.

Anyways, time for a shower, then gotta get homework down for history.

    TUMEO.

Just hearing you talk about your graduation makes me think how far behind I am.... and I started university earlier than you. :P

No problem though... it will just be another excuse for me to visit you in Tulsa at the end of this year or next year. :)
