Administered a karate belt test today. It went really well, and everyone worked really hard. I'll supplement this post with some pictures when I get back to my house (at teh apartment right now). It was a great experience. So, I went up to Pawnee on Thursday night to do a meeting and do a little workout prior to the test. After I got back, and just before I went to sleep, I decided to do some push-ups and crunches. Well, granted I had not had enough to eat that day, and I suppose I was low on energy, I was not happy at all with what I did. I did 20 push-ups, 30 crunches, 20 push-ups, 30 crunches, and I couldn't really do anymore push-ups. I decided that before school starts, I'm going to be able to do 100 push-ups non-stop. I'll post what I was able to do each night, or every other night.
Personal Goal:
Saturday 7/30
30 push-ups
50 crunches
30 push-ups
50 crunches
15 push-ups
Summary:
75 push-ups
35 gain
Thursday 7/28
20 push-ups
30 crunches
20 push-ups
30 crunches
Summary:
40 push-ups
Now, this is all right in a row, I might include time next time. After I came over to the apartment I did another 30 push-ups, and right now I could probably do another 30 again, but that's after my arms have had a chance to rest. Right now I'm taking a "break" between push-ups and doing crunches, because right now I'm building up. When I go for the 100, the only "rest" I'll have is being in the upright push-up position.
In other news, I'm free from Starworld now. Ironically I'll actually be going in on Monday to try and do some maintance. Though, it'll be on my own time, and I won't have to do anything but working with equipment. Computer software up there is dying fast... grrr.. stupid cheap home office (hence why I won't be truly working up there anymore).
Not 100% on going to concert yet or not, one of my friends, Adam, is interested, so well talk about that tonight. Well, after that 24oz sirloin steak (smallest size they had), I'm hungry again... soo... hmm... food.
TUMEO.
I am weak. I started trying to work out tonight (7-31) and after 40 laps in the pool and like 10 pushups and 30 or so crunches I can barely move. I can only imagine what tomorrow will be like.
