I tried to see what I could do right after waking up. I probably could have done the 100 set without stopping and eating, but I think my muscles were pretty tired after last night. It's definatly pushing my muscles, I'm going to have to pay them special attention, I don't want to overwork them and hurt them. Anyways, let's see what I can do this evening! [Sat 8/13 10:38AM]
Ok, so now it's Sunday. I did my 100 push-ups last night after cooking some Salmon.
Saturday 8/13 EVENING
30 push-ups/crunches
20 push-ups/crunches
15 push-ups/crunches
15 push-ups/crunches
10 push-ups/crunches
10 push-ups/crunches
Summary:
8 min 15 sec
100 push-ups (12.12/min)
100 crunches (12.12/min)
My arms were still so so soar too. They got to feeling better a little quicker, I think the salmon helped send some protein and such. I'm worried about possibly overworking my muscles. After "breaking them down" the muscle have to rebuild, if I don't let them rest... So I'm going to rest today, Sunday. Depending on how my arms feel, I might do 100 tonight, but none during the day for sure. Then I'll be right back at it on Monday. It really sucks taking a shower lately, at least right after doing the push-ups, harder to raise the arms up that high to wash the hair, and reach around the back. My schedule of might not be kind enough to my muscles, so after Tuesday, I'll see if I might need to revise the workout to just 100 per day, instead of 200.
So, according to some charts, I should weigh around 155 to 168. Currently I am hovering around 168~170 it would seem. I have about 10~15 pounds I need to lose, we'll see how that goes once I start my running workout. I figure 155-160 is a better weight for me, I definatly have some fat I need to get rid of, but then, I have some muscle weight I should probably gain as well.
Anyways, just got back from Church, and my dad should be back with the food any second, so time to go eat. Then it's a day of going through my room and throwing away a lot, and getting the rest ready to go to college with me.
TUMEO.
When people first start you working out, they always make you wait to work out every other day until you dont feel so sore every time you work out. Take a rest.
