That is my diploma frame. I picked it up while at the "Grad Fair" on Tuesday. I also got my cap and gown as well as my graduation announcements. It's a pretty sharp looking frame. While I was there, I walked by the rings, and almost considered actually getting one, then I asked the price... definatly not even close to being worth $500.00!
I also got some information on testing out of one of the 2 remaining classes I'll need after this semester. I can CLEP out of English Composition II, I have to score fairly high on the test, because they don't actually have a seperate test for Comp I and Comp II. Plus I'd only get a "P" for a grade, which would neither help nor harm my GPA, though it would change my "B" that I got in Comp I into a "P". It would be nice to have only one class, but, well, we'll see.
3 1/2 weeks of classes, then 1 week of finals, 5 weeks (36 days) until it's all over for this semester! Still not completely sure what will be happening after that point. I'll be going to TCC in the Spring to finish up so I can get my diploma and be "officially" graduated. Right now it looks like I'll be doing odd work here and there for the theatre as they're getting things ready, probably have a talk here soon and find out if they have a more solid idea of when they might be taking me on full time. Karate is going well. There's a possiblity that I might open up a karate school in Tulsa eventually, but that, I think, is further down the road. A whole slew of things I have to start thinking about when I get done in December: Health Insurance, Car Insurance, Car, Income, Expenses, etc.
Well, anyways, that's about all for now, I need to get ready for a "lab" session for Data Communications class in an hour. It'll last up to 3 hours, so fun fun.
TUMEO.

$500... definately not worth it. We shall see how much mine will be.
That would be really cool if you opened up your own karate school... I can see you doing that and be quite successful with it.
Good luck with the theatre job!
