2 weeks

In 2 weeks I will FINALLY have my car. Yeah... it's taken long enough. I mean, sure, they said it would take 3 to 8 weeks, but no one actually thinks it would take TWO months to get a car to you. They have to have the car somewhere in at least ONE of the FIFTY states, right? Of course, this means about 10~11 weeks later I am actually getting the car, so... I will be glad to finally have it, but it is pretty stupid that it's taken this long.

Classes are going fine, haven't skipped any work... yet. I also finished doing some editing on my grandpa's war experences that he wrote up. I made nice headings and a table of contents. I'm in the process of scanning in all the pictures he has, and then I need to figure out where to fit them in, some I'll put with the text, and some I will just have at the end.

The new movie theatre has been doing fairly well, we still have the problem of people not knowing we are open. So many people come in and then ask, how long have you guys been open? With the opening of End of the Spear this week we will actually have business pick up even more. A lot of churchs have bought out showtimes and there seems to be a fair amount of interest in it.

I'd write more, but certain people are jerks and can't manage to sit down and read about what's happening in a friends life if it goes on for too long.... =P

    TUMEO.

I hope when you said End of the Spear, you really meant Underworld: Evolution, because that'll likely be the main draw this weekend.

Yay for finally getting the car (in 2 weeks). Can't wait to see it!

hey jp. I'm glad the new theatre is doing well, I was kind of worried at first when I heard that business wasn't very good. I really, really hope that riverwalk succeeds and leads to more theatres opening up. Steve and blake are some of the coolest guys I've worked with and hope for nothing but success for the both of them. It really sucks that starworld sunk to the level that it has, but whatever. Hopefully you get your car soon. Keep on rocking out JP!

Man I hope they will compensate you somehow for making you wait so long for that car!!! It's not right for them to make you wait for so long for your first brand new car.
