I don't know why but haven't been able to sleep the past 3 weeks. It started as being busy with papers but after that, I still manage to get up early for no reason. Can't seem to go to bed early either. I must be still stressed... oh well... I wasn't lucky enough to get a spring break like some people.
So I've got my oral exam tomorrow. Just finished writing a summary of the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon in Chinese... now I have to memorize it and say it for the oral. After that the prof will test my reading skills and then an one on one dialogue.
Right now just feeling soo tired... can't muster up enough energy to review. Only 2 weeks left of school....

Drink a cup of hot milk before you go to bed with no chocolate. Don't stay in the same place when you can't sleep, walk around, read a book, etc. basically move locations.
Try a shot of red wine just before you drift off or take this herbal supplement called Melatonin. Probably not all at the same time though. You could also do relaxation techniques. Good luck
