Warning!

Lots of swearing in this entry... those who get offended do not read further!!

I don't know what the fuck I was thinking, but taking history thinking you'll do well? STUPID MORON... there's reason why you dropped History as minor years ago.

Got my first paper back and the prof tore it apart with damn "?" marks all over the damn paper... gave me C+. And I freaking spent 5-6 hours writing and editing ONLY 2 damn pages... DOUBLE SPACED.

Need to raise GPA to 3.33 to be even considered to Masters at UBC & UVIC and a C+ is 2.33. Rest of the grades are based on research paper, 4 mini-papers and 20% participation.

I am screwed... sucks being academically challenged.

I always advise anyone to take ALL mandatory electives at a 2-year college. Not only does it save you the hassle of professors demanding you read 200 pages a night, it is cheaper and the time is shorter. I took most of my electives, English, Government, History, Economics all at a 2-year college. I learned this from other people in your currrent situation. Raise your GPA in different classes, it is more difficult if you want an "A" in mandatory classes than Upper-Division classes (I still don't know why to this day.)
