The Quest

My first blog post in 2009, and already more than halfway through February... yikes. Hopefully I'll remember to post more from now on.

Last weekend was the Yukon Quest, a 1,000 miles dog sled competition from Whitehorse to Fairbanks, Alaska. I recall being at the Iditarod (1,150 mile race) when living in Anchorage, but don't remember much. So although this was my second dogsled competition, it was my first. Below are some pictures... can you tell it was -30 degrees Celcius?

In other news, Andrea and I are getting our wedding invitation cards ready, so you should be expecting them in March. Before then, I may be following up with you to get mailing addresses.
