Tick tock, tick tock

Yup that's what I feel like these days... tick tock, tick tock, tick...

Last week I had a quick "get to know" eachother interview/meeting with a mining company, so that the partner of the president can meet me. In addition to their China and Uganda projects, they might have job opportunities as they venture into Mongolia in the near future. I phoned back in a few days to follow-up, and he's discussing it with other partners, and will get back to me. More waiting...

I'm currently sitting at the school library trying to get started on my Mexico land reform paper. I have 2 more papers and 2 exams in 2 weeks so I figured I should get started. So far it is moving very slowly.

The Last Month

So this is it... 3 papers, 2 exams and few other assignments due at the end of this month concludes my 7 years of undergrad years. I do have 1 short exam, and finishing my research for the Public Policy program in August. So yeah... July is it.

Not quite sure what I will be doing afterwards. Got some more meetings next week with mining and consulting companies... nothing too promising that's for sure.

I am, however, very excited. Excited about applying to graduate school at UBC for Asia-Pacific Policy program. Just glad I can put the undergraduate studies behind me... Cant do much with my stupid Bachelor of (F)art degree.
