On the Road Again
I'm off to McKinney, Texas today to spend a little time with Laura, Kyle and John and to attend Laura's baby shower and Kyle's early birthday on Sunday. Jennifer is flying in to Dallas to attend the festivities. Jennifer and I will drive to Lubbock on Monday and spend the week there.........then back to McKinney to attend a wedding for Jenny Scott and stay a few days with Laura. Back to Tulsa for AWANA Games and Sparks A Rama and await for Laura's call that the baby is on its way or I'll be in McKinney for the C section scheduled on March 26th.....So no rest and lots of driving for the next several weeks.

Back home again
Good to be back in Tulsa after another 2 weeks with my mom. She is remarkable and wants to be alone this week.My sister will be with her this weekend so we'll see how she does this week. The Taurus is experiencing some difficultiy so Robert has my car today.I'm trapped at home but it's a good thing as I've been cleaning and cleaning. Emily and I need to do some shopping for her birthday and the ususal groceries, etc. Got to get back to the salt mines so check in later.

Kyle and his dog
I had a great time with Kyle, Laura and John while in McKinney. Kyle and I played, read books, sang and even shared toast and bananas! He is growing up too fast and definitely a toddler. I returned from Laura's with lots of good buys from all over McKinney and Plano as we shopped, shopped and shopped!! I even drove home with a 6 foot ladder in my trunk and fold down seat. I leave for Arkansas tomorrow to spend some time with my mother and to change off with my sister. We are trying to get things together so that mom can be as independent as possible as she doesn't want to come live with any of us!!! So, we are trying different ways to help her achieve her goals. I think she is tired of us and wants us to go home and leave her alone. We'll seee........ I want be posting again until I return from Arkansas so keep us in your prayers.
