I think that I've gotten everything together for camp for the week.Lots to pack including sunscreen, bug spray, medications for all possibilities for Jonathan, Emily and myself.Lots of trips to Walmart and the grocery store for last minute items.Of course here it is the night before we leave and Jonathan hasn't packed....he is at work and should be home soon and get those clothes into some bag or sack or whatever! There is a town closeby the camp, so if we have forgotten something, we can drive to Brownwood.Emily is having her problems with allergies and has almost lost her voice which happens every year about this time.I'm feeling so much better than when I began taking the antibiotic but still have some infection and conjestion which should clear up in a few days. We'll be driving to McKinney tomorrow morning and pick up Emily and on to Brownwood.Pray for us this week as it is suppose to be 95 degrees and above all week!Looking forward to working with the campers and renewing friendships and listening to the camp pastor teach and encourage and challenge. So will check in with you when we return from AWANA Scholarship Camp....
I arrived back in Tulsa on Saturday after visiting with my mother in Arkansas for 5 days. She is doing well and active and amazing for 89!I helped trim her shrubs and work the flower beds etc.Unfortunately, I developed a sinus infection during the week and returned to Tulsa with teeth aching and face hurting.Robert had already gone to the doctor and warned me that he had a sinus infection earlier in the week.I was able to call in an get the doctor on call and was prescribed the same antibiotic that Robert is taking. So, here we are taking identical antibiotics twice a day!I have to get better because Jonathan, Emily and I will be at AWANA Scholarship Camp this coming Saturday as we are on staff for the week. Then back to Tulsa for one week before the wedding..........never a dull moment.Emily's plans are coming along with some bumps along the way.She is helping Kane sort through his "stuff" and that can get interesting.Kane's arm and hand are healing and he is using his left arm more and more though Emily says that he tends to overdue.I am looking forward to seeing friends old and new at the wedding on the 26th.Catch you later.....
