This will be a busy week with Thanksgiving around the corner. Jonathan,Grandpa, Robert and I will be celebrating this year. We will have 12 here for Christmas! I've been requesting Christmas wish lists and have accumulated several. Grandpa has been busy typing his Christmas message and will soon finish and get his Christmas cards in the mail.I've been sewing and will continue this week and up until Christmas. Jonathan will graduate on December 17th and we will be addressing announcements this week and getting those in the mail. I think that Emily, Kane, Laura, John and the boys will be here for Jonathan's graduation. We'll have quite a crowd to cheer Jonathan on as he struts across the stage to receive his diploma. Kane will have the PET scan this week and we'll post the results asap. Keep Kane and Emily in your prayers as this situation is stressful and Kane is still in quite a bit of pain. Guess I'd better get to vacuuming before the morning is gone.....
The family had a shopping experience over the weekend with Grandpa at the Allen Outlet Mall in Texas.We found all sorts of clothing for Grandpa along with ties and socks.We found a few item for each of us except for Robert who just couldn't get interested in clothing.We ate together, shopped together, drove together and enjoyed each others company--at least most of us did!We missed Jonathan as he had a black belt test to give in Oklahoma and couldn't make the trip.Emily and I did have a terrible Monday as we spent most of our time running to the bathroom from bed...all day!!I had John get me some dramamine and finally the nausea stopped--Thanks John for playing nurse!!Anyway returned to Tulsa on Tuesday afternoon.Grandpa and I went shopping today and bought him some "stuff" at Walmart.He was pretty tired after our outing and has tried to put off his nap so he can sleep soundly tonight...as if he ever has any problems sleeping!!I am on to him about getting a haircut but he is making excuses...I think tomorrow will be a good day to get those silver locks trimmed. Got to go as time is passing and I need to get to the dishes and clean up before CSI. Later..........
