The family celebrated Jonathan's graduation from Oklahoma State University in grand style. We are all proud of Jonathan and his accomplishments.
Well we had a near miss for a white Christmas.Came a few weeks early but a lovely scene none the less. Two full days below freezing and the whales(aka coy)are in hibernation.
Grandpa Potter and I just returned from his check up with Dr Nair. It was beginning to snow just a little and we were glad to be getting back to the house before the snow begins in earnest. He received an excellent report and won't have to come back for 2 months.Grandpa is doing his exercises and thanks to Robert, can check them off the chart so no excuse for forgetting! Now if Robert would only do his exercises......maybe he should make a chart for himself!! I had a productive visit with my mother in Arkansas over the weekend. She needed some things done around the house and restocked her food and such. She is an inspiration to all of us able bodied people.I hope to get some Christmas decorations up this weekend...I just can't get my momentum going to get the "stuff" out of boxes and onto the walls, stairs etc.I also hope to get to sewing as the projects are gathering dust. Can't believe that Jonathan will be graduating on the 17th.....WAY to Go Jonathan!!Guess I'd better get to getting things ready for AWANA tonight.....I'll check in with everyone another day.I hope that the snow holds off until after AWANA.
