Great Grandpa: Soccer Coach

The boys were helping Great Grandpa exercise by throwing obstacles in his way. It turned into an impromptu game of soccer.

What's with this weather?

I just can't believe the spring like weather we've had yesterday and today. My fish in the pond are out of hibernation and wanting to be fed and it isn't even spring yet. I did spot a daffodil in the backyard and wonder if my plants will begin to bud much too early.Grandpa Potter and I took a 30 minute walk this morning so he is getting in his moring nap.Grandpa,Robert and I will be driving to McKinney,Texas on Friday afternoon to shop at the Allen Outlet Mall where Grandpa has a 45% discount during that week.We will also be celebrating Kyle's 4th birthday and maybe get in a mini birthday for Emily since we were snowed out in Tulsa during her actual birthday. I'll be in McKinney until Tuesday when Laura and the boys will be driving to Tulsa for the rest of Laura's spring break.Rene and Jennifer will be flying into Tulsa on March 13th for Jennifer's spring break. They will be helping me sort and pitch in preparation for the move later in the summer. The next few weeks will be hectic but fun as we get to visit with family and get some work accomplished. Now that the temperature is climbing, I'm getting restless and find myself outside more and more and on the move. It's a good thing as there is so much to do between now and when we will be able to move to Texas.Of course the best news to date is that Emily was judged NOT GUILTY by the district judge and in fact he slammed the district attorney's office soundly for even bringing the case this far and for no good reason except revenge. We are praising God for bringing this to a satisfactory conclusion and can move with our lives.Guess I'd better get to my vacuuming, dusting and preparation for AWANA tonight. Catch you later............
