More Snow

Well it snowed again here today, just this morning a small flurry, and now it is sunny outside and decepively cold. What have I been up to you ask? Well tried to call the muesum again today but no one was there, I am going by tommorow and demanding a job. SMILE!
I have spent a large chunk of the day doing the budget and cleaning up the office as we rearranaged it again. Last week was busy, busy, busy. I had meetings, appointments, watched a friend's toddler all day, and had a wedding. I am hoping this week is slower.
Rene was the best man in the wedding and so had to rent a tux, I'll see if I can find a picture.

Snow!!!!

Well after a mild and dry winter, and I do mean DRY!!! It snowed almost all day today. Craziness... Not much stuck but the roads will be slick and icey tommorow morning and so much fun to drive on since no one here really knows how to drive on icy roads.
I haven't done too much today except work on knitting stuff for babies who have been born or will be born shortly. My newest mantra is bigger yarn, bigger needles = done in half the time.
I also got a fun new issue of my favorite knitting magazine.

Job Search

Searching for a job is not fun. That is my new thought for the day. I have been looking on line today and haven't found anything except really office temp stuff or things I am not qualified for. Then again I'm not sure I know what I want so what can I say. No the science muesum isn't out but I still haven't managed to talk to anyone from there in person so I don't really know what's happening. I've thought about sub-ing but doesn't sound too exciting. Oh well probably need to get a paper and stuff this sunday and look through the classifieds. Anybody got better ideas?

Back in Lubbock

Well I am back home. It is a grey but not too cold day today which I don't mind too much.
I find myself still feeling pretty tired and slowly getting back on my feet. Slowly doing stuff around the house and getting my equilibrum about next steps. I plan to hit things pretty hard next week in looking for a job and all that kind of fun stuff, for now I am just trying to get house and home in a semblence of order.
I am also spending time writing, being with Jesus, and making stuff.

Nothing going on

Hey well there is nothing much to add. Rene and I went out shopping today and got stuff for him. Nothing for me, I didn't find any shoes :( but rene found pants and other things.
For Emily's ever persistent question we have finally found and bought settler's of Catan. Jon, Dad, Rene, and I will be playing starfarers of catan tonight in our neverending quest to beat jonathan.
I finished the Trigun series not quite sure what I think, so much unresolved and then some deaths I wasn't a fan of. What in the world!!!! I guess I did get hooked so that's saying something.
Rene and I are heading back to Lubbock tommorow hopefully the house is still standing.

I am tired

I am tired. All I want to do is sleep or lay on the sofa and watch tv... But I figure that's okay. I am still in Tulsa and I don't know exactly when we are heading back to Lubbock but I figure it should be by tuesday of this coming week.
I don't know if I have anything important to say.
I feel a bit like my head is still settling after a severe snowglobe shake and I'm not sure when all the pieces will float back down.
