So just a post in reply to my brother's allegations. I am sorry to report that my siblings did not remember the rules of Clue, as we began the game late last night I thought this might be the case. But even given my pleadings to listen to the rules and my kind offers of explanations they still stubbornly persisted in their uninformed state. Then at the end of the game as I neared victory, I suspected once again that they did not remember and when I made my final accusation cries of cheating and breaking of rules rang out against me. Luckily I had the handy rule book by my side and pulled out the rule that states as follows. "If none of the other players has the cards you asked for, you may either end your turn, OR you may make an Accusation."
And so fairly and legally I beat my siblings at a game of their choosing causing them an endless amount of suffering, and for me as well since injusticely I have been called a cheater.
Sigh it is such a burden to be better than them....
As for pictures we will scan some of them in here shortly, mother was satisfied and really liked the one of the four kids. It was pretty painless all around. I am glad that we did it. I am missing Rene and I know that he is very tired and probably also having a great time.

Well so far I have survived the Christmas season. Was in Snyder from Tuesday to Saturday and it was fun but a little stressful with all the family drama in place. It is always good to have tamales and mola good Mexican dishes. Rene and I left for Lubbock on Saturday and then he left at 4:30 in the morning on Sunday to head out to his conference!!!! Yes that means I had to get up early too...
Then I left for Tulsa yesterday got here without incident and have been playing with the family, doing our new stocking tradition, and opening my christmas gifts from the family and to the family....
I am glad to be here.
Today the family is going to get pictures made of the kids and grandkids for the parent and grandparent types. Hopefully there will be little to no screaming and good smiles all around. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Keep Rene in your prayers as he is busy busy busy at the conference and will probably be completly exhasted when he returns on the 1st.

Well the holiday season is upon us once again. It is tuesday the 21st and I am in Lubbock waiting for Rene to get back from the Rec Center so we can eat with his mother who is is town to see her nephew, Rene's cousin, who is in the hospital after a wreck. It's been a little, well okay alot, crazy with Rene getting ready for his conference in San Diego. He has been working nonstop and through the night since basically Thanksgiving. He may be done. I never know but I am sure he will be preoccupied until he leaves early early in the morning on the 26th.
We are going to Snyder at some point today, not really sure when. I went to Snyder last night for the Posadas, which is sort of a Mexican carol event, but cooler because it's all about letting Jesus into the inn and involves my favorite foods pesol and aroz con leche. I had a lot of fun. Rene didn't get to go because he was working. Then I brought Rene's mom back so she could visit her nephew and we all head out later today.
I am busy last minute present shopping and trying to organize all the different crafts I am working on so they get done on time, but nobody hold your breath. I have no excuse for not calling Laura on her birthday, I did think about it but you know then it left my head never to return....So happy birthday old person hope you had too much fun.
I will be leaving for Tulsa on the 27th for a quick visit and to see everyone until then Feliz Navidad and Merry Christmas.

Yes that's right it's me, tired and sick. Went to tulsa for thanksgiving and it was great to see everyone but came back home with this nasty little cold, even went home from school early on Wednesday because I was sooo tired.
It's hard to believe that Christmas is nearly upon us and that I will have made it through half a year of teaching in two weeks!!! Right now I am just tired I am attributing that to the cold.
Oh well that's all for now. Once again I am single for the weekend with Rene in New York. We are both crazy busy until the holidays so wish us all luck and good tidings of joy.
