People who think they are soooo funny

Okay so I know that I am not the most frequent poster and that perhaps I don't post gobs of pictures every time I post but you know not all of us have cute kids to put up all the time.
And anyway it is track season and well for every other period of the year, I am easily distracted by everything.
Nothing much has changed since the last post. It is still track season although it is now the end of track season with only the city meet left. This translates to I am working, working, working. Next week I will have a meet every single night after school and this on the last week of the six weeks. Given this silliness I am working hard to get ahead of myself. And we all know I am not so good at the doing things ahead of schedule.
SIGH!!!!

And for you picture gluttons, here is a picture of Mufasa with one of his new friends. When we moved in to this house we realized there were two cats hanging around all the time. Turns out they belonged to our neighbor but they like our backyard better so they are always lounging on the porch or in the flower beds. Anyway one of them looks just like Mufasa so we have taken to calling him Simba. Here they is a picture of Simba.

Still Here

Well I survived the first week back from Spring Break, which as you have seen if you have read this blog was not actually so much of a break. I have found myself to be exceedingly tired. The week went by surprisingly fast, which is a good thing I think.
Track season is in full swing with two track meets down and two to go. I had forgotten that track season can be a little stressful. Two nights a week I have track meets after school and then I have to make decisions about the next track meet before I even see the results of the one we just had. ARGHHHH!!!!!
Other than that life is actually pretty dull. I have been seeing a lot of my friends and that is good. But I will be glad to see track season end and maybe have some free time to get some other stuff done. Like figure out what's growing in my yard and how to fix the sprinklers and you know finish remodeling.

What happens when you organize for four days?

You collapse into a ball of hysterical crying.
I don't care what Rene says I will not organize a single piece of paper. I will not organize a box, I will not organize a shelf, I will not organize a closet, I will not organize a room, I will not organize books, I will not organize toys. I will not make any decisions about anything.

Here's mom and Rene collapsed... SIGH

The Black Hole of Clutter

Rene and I have accepted the brave adventure that is clutter removeal in the potter house. We are still sane after three days of sorting, pitching, keeping, and organizing. However I must admit it seems like the more we do the more there is to do. After sorting two closets, one library downstairs and one library in the cave we have a roomful of stuff to give away and several bags to throw away. I will try to get some of the pictures up of the finished sort but this is middle of the process pictures.
